Entrance and access

• Festival with free admission until full capacity is reached.

• It is mandatory to carry a valid identity document.

• The organization reserves the right of admission.

• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Alcoholic beverages will not be sold alcoholic beverages to minors under the age of 18.

• Access to the premises implies acceptance of these rules.

Consumption and reusable cups

• For the first drink at the bar , €1.00 will be charged for the one-time purchase of an reusable eco-friendly cup.

• These cups are not returnable. A clean cup will be provided with each drink.

• It is prohibited to bring in food or drink from outside, except for uncapped water (max. 50 cl) or food for medical reasons (prior notification required).

• The use of glass containers or cans is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

Security and prohibited items

• Access personnel may carry out security checks and deny entry if deemed necessary.

• It is prohibited to carry weapons, sharp or pointed objects, aerosols, flares, fireworks, large backpacks, musical instruments, drones, professional cameras, skates, bicycles, motorcycle helmets, or animals (except guide dogs).

• We do not tolerate the use or possession of drugs, or aggressive, intimidating, or violent behavior.

• It is strictly prohibited to urinate outside the designated areas. Restrooms are available at all times.

Behavior within the premises

• Our staff has the authority to deny entry or expel anyone who violates the rules, shows signs of intoxication, or creates a hazardous situation.

• The formation of disruptive groups or crowds is not permitted. Forming disruptive groups or crowds inside or around the venue.

• Each participant is responsible for their own actions and the organization is not responsible for any material or personal damage that may occur.

Image and communication

• By entering the premises, you authorize the use of your image in photos or videos taken by the organization for promotional or communication purposes.

• You are permitted to take photos and videos for personal use. Commercial or professional use requires express written authorization.

• The use of logos, trademarks, or promotional material is only permitted with prior authorization from the organization.

Customer service

• If you have any complaints, questions, or incidents, please contact a member of staff or the information desk.

• If these rules are not followed, immediate expulsion will proceed. immediate expulsion and, if necessary, the police will be notified.
